| I did more things i shouldn't have done......sign.... | | |
| What a jam-packed weekend, activity nonstop for three days. I'm exhausted...in a good way, the weekend was worth everything freakin minute of it. Friday night was party at my manager's house, people taking shots, funny to watch older people do it. I brought saki and I must say it was very tasty and not as bad as I thought and by far the prettiest bottles of liquor there. Sat morning was work for which Josephine, the hk girls and Kate came for a visit and straight on to ice skating in DC afterwards. I adore ice-skating in DC, the lights, the buildings and the outdoor winter scent makes it a magical experience. Then it was rush rush rush to Andrea's dad's phd party, he's like a second dad to me and i got to meet the rest of the family, yay! Lots of food and fun, I feel like i've been eating nonstop for the past 5 days. After that it was off to Jason's holiday party, very beautiful as well. After we left, it was an apartment full of gay guys apparently, very halarious. Finally the highlight was my company party in Sesto Senso's in DC, right by dupont circle, too many stories in this place. Lots of fun, watching professionals getting crazy! That's all i'm going to write for that. The next day, I took the girls to breakfast at my favorite brunch place-the original pancake house and then shopping at tyson's. I always end up buying stuff when i go there no matter how much i tell myself i'm not going to get anything. The last fun thing was the girls' holiday gift swap and potluck, so much food and curiously strong eggnog, and lots of presents! All in all it was a crazy busy fun weekend :) | | |
